1) Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
• 450g chocolate chips
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk.
3. Stir continuously until smooth.
4. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
5. Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
6. Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm.
7. Cut into squares.
2) Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Heat peanut butter and condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Stir until smooth and combined.
3. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
4. Pour into lined pan.
5. Chill 2 hours before cutting.
3) White Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
• 450g white chocolate chips
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Melt white chocolate and condensed milk over low heat.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Add vanilla and mix well.
4. Spread into lined pan.
5. Refrigerate until set (about 2–3 hours).
4) Rocky Road Fudge
Ingredients
• 350g chocolate chips
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Melt chocolate and condensed milk together.
2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
3. Fold in marshmallows and nuts.
4. Spread into lined pan.
5. Chill until firm, then slice.
5) Mint Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
• 300g chocolate chips
• 150g white chocolate chips
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 tsp mint extract
Instructions
1. Melt chocolate chips with condensed milk.
2. Add mint extract and mix well.
3. Pour into pan.
4. Melt white chocolate separately and drizzle on top.
5. Chill 2–3 hours before cutting.
6) Cookies and Cream Fudge
Ingredients
• 450g white chocolate chips
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 12 Oreo cookies (crushed)
Instructions
1. Melt white chocolate with condensed milk.
2. Remove from heat and fold in crushed cookies.
3. Spread into lined pan.
4. Refrigerate until set.
5. Cut into squares.
7) Caramel Fudge
Ingredients
• 450g caramel chips or soft caramels
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
1. Melt caramel, condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Pour into lined pan.
4. Chill until firm before slicing.
😎 Coconut Fudge
Ingredients
• 300g white chocolate chips
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup desiccated coconut
• 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
1. Melt white chocolate, butter, and condensed milk.
2. Stir in coconut.
3. Spread mixture into lined pan.
4. Refrigerate 2–3 hours until set.
9) Salted Caramel Fudge
Ingredients
• 300g brown sugar
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup caramel sauce
• Sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
1. Combine brown sugar, condensed milk, and cream in saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
3. Remove from heat and stir in caramel sauce.
4. Pour into lined pan.
5. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
6. Chill until firm, then cut into pieces.
