From T-Squares to Tongs, from Measuring Tapes to Measuring Cups; Procee San Jose, the owner of Procee's Cakes and Pastries Shop (formerly Bread & Butter by Procee) whips up her artistry from the drafting board to her home kitchen this 2020!
Procee's passion for food is rooted from memories in her childhood 30 years ago. Surrounded by great cooks in her childhood: her Mommy Elsie, Tatay Tony and Lola Coring’s great home-cooked recipes; she enjoyed and learned from them how to cook and bake at a very young age, and now with a small food business of her own, Procee's love for cooking and baking still thrives.
A drafting graduate, an artist, a designer, a culinary enthusiast, and a homemade food business owner; Procee's dream is to impart her passion for the art of cooking and baking to the world and share the “Comfort of Home”. 🏠💕
