In Today’s Event:

The signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between DA-PCC at CLSU and LGU of Victoria, Tarlac took place at Milka Krem, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija. The said agreement is for the livelihood program “ALAB-KARBAWAN” or Carabao Based Business Improvement Network (CBIN) funded thru the initiative of Senator Cynthia A. Villar.

Present in the event were Honorable Mayor Rex C. Villa Agustin, Municipal Agriculturist-Mr. Wilson T. Gardoce, Dr. Ericson Dela Cruz, and Ms. Ruby Gabriel of DA-PCC at CLSU together with the representatives of coop-conduits, Ms. Lina Apolonio of Amia Cruz Agriculture Cooperative and Mr. Marcelino Rigor of Palayamanan Agriculture Cooperative.
