A PASSION-PROJECT

It all started when I was 16 years old. My mother enrolled herself in a culinary school and every time she would come home we would immediately rush down to our dining table to share another warm and delicious desert she made. I loved how food brought my family together and it is my biggest reason as to why I started baking. Until the pandemic happened, I was 20 years old at the

time and I had nothing better to do. And then in one night I decided to start my passion-project out of impulse. I thought about a business name, designed my own logo, created a page and posted a photo of my cookies and created a simple layout for my menu. To my surprise a lot of people actually ordered. During our first day of operations we had encountered multiple losses and mishaps. I thought I had the perfect cookie but my Ate pushed me to do better, I kept on improving the recipe. And I have to tell you, lots of tears where shed and sleepless nights were spent in the kitchen. EXCELLENCE IS OUR BRAND...
