How do pre-orders work?

1. What is a pre-order?
✅ An order for an item that is not yet on hand with the understanding that it will be shipped later.

2. How to know the price of the item?
✅ The price reflected on the item includes all international fees (excluding the local SF). For requested items (pasaBUY), qoutation will be sent upon request of the customer.

3. How much do i need to pay?
✅ Down payment will be required upon order. Full payment will be required upon arrival of the stock.

4. Can I pre-order via cash on delivery?
✅ Cash on Delivery will be allowed for the final payment of your order only.

5. How do I complete a pre-order transaction?
✅ We will send you a message once the stock of the pre-ordered item has arrived. Once the transaction is complete, your item will be shipped out to you.

6. An item I want to pre-order is not posted on your page. How do I order it?
✅ If you want to pre-order an item (pasaBUY), please send us a message.

7. Can I cancel a pre-order?
✅ No. Cancellation of pre-order item will not be allowed.
