Please note of our meat selections and prices:

SHORTRIBS: One of the most famous cuts for Yakiniku also known as “Karubi”. The marbling found interwoven harmoniously with the meat gives it a rich and tender delicate flavor.

STRIPLOIN: A cut known for its superior balance of lean meat and fine marbling. This gives the striploin a nice and moist tenderness and robust meaty flavor.

ANGUS TENDER: This cut of meat is lean and has minimal amount of fat, just enough to keep it tender and moist. Its leanness lets you enjoy the subtle meat flavor.
