Another piece of equipment to complete our vertical integration for rice production - our own thresher - coming soon!

Harvesting and threshing used to be a bottleneck for us. When multiple farms in our area needed their crops harvested, we all get in a queue and we'd be lucky if we get served first. This increases the risk of crop losses and hampers our ability to deliver our finished product in a timely manner.

This is the unfortunate reality in many rice farms nationwide. Farmers get subjected to negative conditions, impacting yield, increasing costs, and ultimately affecting the farmer's income.

NEW PRODUCT ALERT! Talana organic black rice flour!

Just tried our new Talana organic black rice flour. It's rich in anthocyanins, gluten free, and milled fresh. Used it to make "p**o sa tuba" - rice cupcakes fermented with fresh organic coconut sap. Tastes uniquely delicious!

The rice flour will be available at Panaad Festival, April 13-19.

Hello supporters! We will be joining the 30th Panaad Festival next week, April 13-19.

Below are some of the products created by our State University of Northern Negros interns. They prepared everything from scratch, created the labels, packaged the items, and even calculated the ROI - a great way for them to apply what they have learned in school to the real world. Of course, they used papaya and coconuts from our farm.
