Naalalam o nung naglockdown? Nung nagbagyo? Nung nagkulang sibuyas sa mercado? Nung binaha tayo? Sobrang apektado yung supply sa mga local na Negosyo. Pero kung tutuusin kayang kaya naman itanim ng mga local na magsasaka natin ang mga inputs na ito.

Kapag nag x10 ba yung presyo ng gulay sa palengke agad agaran mo din bang tinataas mga presyo ng pagkain sa menu ng restaurant mo?Hindi di ba? Kadalasan, inaabsorb na lang natin yung lugi.

Pero kung iisipin di naman dapat ganun. Dapat may predictability at stability ang presyo ng inputs para protektado din yung kita. Ika nga, business is not about avoiding risks and uncertainties but about managing them.

Lugi na naman! Barat ang bilihan kapag anihan! Di ako makakalaban sa presyo ng imported na produce!
Ito ang karaniwang reklamo ng ating mga lokal na magsasaka kung bakit ayaw magtanim ng mga high value crops kung saan kikita sila ng mas malaki. Ang simpleng rason kung bakit ganito ay wala silang permanente na koneksyon at kontrata sa mga buyers kaya tumataya na lang sa araw araw na presyuhan sa bagsakan o merkado.

Dito sa Muramart, sigurado ang iyong buyers at sigurado ang iyong presyo bago ka pa magtanim! Ginagawa naming ito sa pamamagitan ng paggawa ng mga sustainable na mga koneksyon at kontrata sa pagitan ng mga local na magsasaka at mga local na Negosyo kung saan mas makatarungan ang mga presyo.

Did you know na sa sobrang lala ng sistema natin sa merkado sobrang lumolobo presyo ng mga pagkain? ang taas na nga ng presyo ng mga bilihin, ang baba pa rin ng kita ng mga lokal na magsasaka natin.

Halimbawa ang repolyo, binibili natin usually ng P80-P120 per kilo, minsan lumolobo pa sa P240. Pero ang bili nyan sa mga magsasaka natin ay P5 - P15 per kilo lamang.

Ang kamatis – umaabot ng P80-P120 per kilo ang bili natin, pero yung narinig kong kwento sa local na magsasaka binili lang sa kanila ng P10.00

Napakalaking tulong kapag diretso na mag usap ang local na magsasaka saka mga pamilya at negosyo.Maliban sa tataas ang kita ng mga magsasaka at mabibigyan dignidad at pagod nila. Bababa din ang presyo para sa mga pamilya at local negosyo.

Tanda mo pa ba yung kaba kung magkakasya yung pagkain niyo para sa pamilya nung nag lockdown o kaya naman nung bumaha at 2 weeks na walang nakakapasok na supplies sa ating ciudad?

Mapapaisip ka nun, andaming pwedeng taniman ng gulay at pagkunan ng karne sa paligid natin, pero bakit parang kahit yung mga magsasaka ayaw? Kahit na alam nilang mas malaki possible na kita nila sa high value crops, kahit na alam nila na kayang kaya ito base sa demand for food sa ciudad nila, bakit ayaw pa rin nila pasukin industrya na ito?

Kasiguruhan na mabebenta ang ani sa makatarungang presyo at kita – yan ang gusto ng mga local na magsasaka.Makatarungang presyo, preskong pagkain at siguradong supply, yan naman gusto ng mga pamilya at Negosyo.
