Still on a bake break, but on off days like this, I like to do some r&d or bake lang for serotonin boost hehe. Also, I have some Callebaut white chocolate callets that I have been meaning to use on a certain recipe but she a procrastinator, so now I ended up making these 🤠 Thus, here I am serving you with a whopping 80+ grams of red velvet cookie stuffed with cream cheese filling. 🤩
