3 signs na mabuti kang boss

1. Marunong kang mag-set ng malinaw na expectations…

Hindi mo sila pinababayaan…
hindi mo inaasa sa mga assumptions…
at hindi yung inaasa mo sa empleyado ang dapat ikaw ang nagli-lead.

Kasi ang trabahong walang clear expectations…
nagiging puro guessing game.

At kapag mali ang output nila…
kasalanan pa nila, kahit hindi mo naman naituro nang maayos.

2. Hindi ka lang nagbibigay ng tasks…
kundi tinuturo mo rin yung tamang proseso
kung paano ito gawin.

Mabuting boss ang nagbibigay ng clarity, hindi pressure.
Ang magaling na leader… hindi nag-a-assume na gets na ng empleyado agad.

Ginagawa niyang simple, step-by-step,
