I am thrilled to announce the promotion of Aira Logro Sontosidad to become an Area Coach of Operations effective today March 29, 2026 on her 26th birthday which is today. Aira was born and raised in Brgy. Baganito Kawayan Biliran Province🇵🇭 She graduated at the Biliran Province State University taking up Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management - Batch 2023 ~ Cum Laude. Since joining Jusa’s in year 2024 as a Service Crew, within a year she was promoted as a Crew Trainer, Shift Leader and Assistant Manager. After a year Aira was promoted to become a Restaurant General Manager & Multi Unit Manager. She has been an invaluable of the One Team Jusa’s.
In her new role as an Area Coach of Operations, she was instrumental in major accomplishments, the Grand Opening of Jusa’s Downtown Branch, Jusa’s New Hypermart Branch, Jusa’s Caibiran Branch and next month Jusa’s Caraycaray Branch. She will be responsible for overseeing all Jusa’s company strategy and focusing on driving operational excellence, sales growth, and people development.
