To our fellow manufacturers, please be vigilant and carefully review the profiles of your buyers to help avoid issues caused by bogus or fraudulent buyers.

This buyer placed an order with us. During the first delivery attempt, the order was not received because we were unable to contact the buyer and could not locate the address provided.

For the second delivery attempt, we were able to locate the buyer’s house after she provided us the exact delivery address. However, our rider made several attempts to call and contact her. We also sent multiple text messages and made repeated calls. Our rider literally knocked on her door! 😅 But unfortunately, there was still no response.

If this profile messages you, please be cautious and think twice before entertaining the transaction. It can really waste your time, money, and effort.
