This Valentine's Day, celebrate love and all things rose hued with the
St. Valentin, a Gateau St. Honoré inspired confection from the kitchen of Evangeline's.

Mini choux filled with either vanilla creme or strawberry creme topped with white chocolate, piled up with generous whipped cream in between.

Pop open a bottle of Rosé with this one. 💗

Chinese culture has always been big on symbolism & this rings true in every design detail in our packaging: peonies, known as the "king of flowers" symbolize prosperity & good fortune; this year's zodiac animal, the tiger, for strength; pink for happiness; and blue for healing -- the thing we all need and wish for the most.

Our mooncake is not only a delicious gift, but a sincere wish for all things good this year. 🧧

last weekend's mooncake orders 💗🧧

We were excited to release this product line since we planned this as early as December of last year, but we did not think it would be as well-received as it was when we released it! We sold 50 pcs on the weekend of its release, and more orders came in for CNY weekend (also sold out)!

Our hearts are full of gratitude to our loyal customers who have supported our small business and who have always been enthusiastic to try every new product we've released.
