We would like to inform everyone that we have received reports of individuals visiting customers' homes and pretending to be part of our team.
For everyone's peace of mind, please remember that our only delivery staff is Joshua. He always wears his Thirstation cap, making it easy for you to recognize him during deliveries and when picking up your water containers.
Before handing over your containers, please take a moment to make sure you're dealing with Joshua. If someone else claims to represent our station, kindly do not give them your containers and message or call us first to verify.
