Please be advised that the Planned Shutdown of Tunnel 3 – BNAQ 6 Affecting Bulacan Bulk Water Supply has been extended by an additional six (6) hours to allow the completion of the necessary works.

As a result, the estimated resumption of water supply is at 6:00 PM on October 14, 2026.

This interruption continues to affect customers served by Bulacan Bulk Water, including the Municipality of Obando and other affected areas in the Province of Bulacan within the service coverage area.

We encourage all affected customers to use their stored water wisely and practice water conservation while restoration activities are ongoing.

Please note that water service restoration may take longer in some areas depending on location, elevation, and water demand during the recovery period. Customers in higher-elevation areas and those farther from the distribution system may experience delayed normalization of water pressure.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation during this temporary service interruption.

Obando Water advises all affected residents to store enough water before the scheduled service improvement activity.

The water interruption will last for 28 hours. We encourage early water storage to help prevent low water pressure or temporary loss of water supply and to avoid inconvenience during the service interruption.

Please note that water service restoration may take longer in some areas depending on location, elevation, and water demand during recovery.

We would like to inform everyone that we have received reports of individuals visiting customers' homes and pretending to be part of our team.

For everyone's peace of mind, please remember that our only delivery staff is Joshua. He always wears his Thirstation cap, making it easy for you to recognize him during deliveries and when picking up your water containers.

Before handing over your containers, please take a moment to make sure you're dealing with Joshua. If someone else claims to represent our station, kindly do not give them your containers and message or call us first to verify.

Pinapayuhan ng Obando Water Company Inc. ang mga residente sa apektadong lugar na mag-imbak ng sapat na tubig habang isinasagawa ang maintenance at metering activity ng MWSS sa Common Purpose Facility.
