SCHEDULED SERVICE INTERRUPTION (07:00A- 11:00P) due to Preventive Maintenance of
Mabayuan Water Treatment Plant works:


May 26 (Tuesday)

The affected customers are advised to store enough water that they may use until the next morning, since uncontrollable factors such as the weather or technical problems can sometimes cause delay in our work.

Restoration of normal water supply will vary from area to area as water has to travel greater distances and build enough pressure first in order to reach locations that are relatively farther or higher.

A slight water discoloration will normally occur upon restoration of water supply. Letting the faucet flow freely for some time will make the water clear. Should it take long to do so, kindly contact us so we can send personnel to conduct additional flushing of pipelines in your area.

📢 Advisory to Our Valued Customers

There will be a scheduled service interruption on March 04 (Wednesday), from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM due to preventive maintenance at the Mabayuan Water Treatment Plant.

📍 Affected areas:
• Sta. Rita
• East Bajac-Bajac
• West Bajac-Bajac

We kindly advise everyone in these areas to store enough water to last until the next morning, as restoration may vary depending on location, water pressure, and possible technical or weather-related delays.

Please expect possible slight water discoloration once supply resumes. Simply let your faucet run for a few minutes until the water clears. If it takes longer than usual, you may contact us so proper flushing can be done.

💧 Please be informed that our Water Refilling Station will be CLOSED tomorrow (Wednesday) due to the interruption.
We will resume operations on Thursday.

Product Spotlight: Water Types:

SPRING WATER
Spring water flows from a natural underground water source. It is collected at the spring or through a sterile borehole.

MINERAL WATER
Mineral water also come from a protected underground source. Because it’s naturally rich in minerals, it isn’t treated.

ARTESIAN WATER
Artesian water is groundwater under positive pressure. Water from an artesian aquifer flows naturally to the surface without the necessity of a pump.

SPARKLING WATER
Sparkling water comes from a spring or well that contains dissolved carbon dioxide. This produces naturally carbonated water.

PURIFIED WATER
Purified water comes from a municipal source – a well or other public supply. It is filtered to remove impurities.
WHAT PROCESSES ARE USED TO PURIFY BOTTLED WATER?

There are multiple options available for purifying water before bottling, but reverse osmosis (RO) and distillation are the most commonly employed methods.

REVERSE OSMOSIS

The majority of water bottlers use reverse osmosis to eliminate contaminants from water before bottling. In RO, water is forced through a semipermeable membrane. The membrane permits the minuscule water molecules to pass through while straining out impurities dissolved in the water. Reverse osmosis eliminates contaminants such as lead, pesticides, heavy metals, and fluorides, leaving the purest, cleanest tasting water for bottling.

V***R COMPRESSION DISTILLATION

Unlike RO, which relies on filtering out impurities, distillation boils the contaminants out of water for bottling. During the process of distillation, water is boiled until it becomes v***r. Then, it condenses back into its liquid form in a separate container. Inorganic minerals, metals, and other contaminants remain in the original container, leaving only clean water for bottling.
