1. How can we get a discount?
Answer: In fact, at the grand launch, Hatod Delivery Service will give out free vouchers to the first 20 sharers on Facebook Live and Instagram followers will have the opportunity to receive freebies on the day of the event. But as of now, we can't discharge any information with regards to that topic yet rest assured that during holidays we offer limited free vouchers for our valued customers.
2. What do I need to know about canceling an order?
Answer: When canceling an order, we are unable to give you a refund right away but the Hatod Delivery Business would be working with the details in regards to the cancelation of the said order and would like to ask why would you like to cancel your order.
3. How do we contact someone when we are about to cancel an order?
Answer: You can reach out to our Hatod Delivery Service page. You can message us in regards to your orders. But to remind all consumers that when canceling an order, we will look further as to why you canceled it.
4. What your riders will receive if they get into an accident?
Answer: It is our duty to protect them and tell them about health and safety issues that affect your daily work. When unexpected things happen, employees will get into business travel accidents. What benefits do they get? They will automatically receive company-paid Business Travel Accident Insurance, which offers financial protection if they experience a covered accident or sickness while engaged in company business travel resulting in death, dismemberment, or disability, including certain medical-related expenses. Rest assured, things related to business trips like team building are not mandatory. For those attendees who participate, they will have their own waiver and it is their intention to attend the event.
5. If your riders were repeatedly yelled at, insulted, verbally abused, and humiliated at work. What should your company do about this?
Answer: Everyone deserves to be treated fairly, and we want to ensure that they work happily and at peace. If this happens, please don't hesitate to report it directly to your supervisor so that we can take action right away. You have the right to be in a safe workplace free from violence, harassment, and bullying. If this still continues, we will take legal action about it and will not consider any excuse or consideration. If our riders want someone to talk to, our HR team will spare time for you. After all, their mental health is one of our biggest concerns.
