I chose to serve with purpose. I may not be a perfect BARANGAY KAGAWAD (dili jud ko perpekto nga barangay kagawad), but I am doing my best every day to improve and serve better. I am proud to say that I am taga-Loboc a proud Lumad from Upper Loboc and I am committed to serving the people of Upper Loboc with dedication and heart.
