🥗Growing and processing organic mushrooms, fruits, vegetables, and other farm-produced products
🌾Providing a sustainable lifestyle for our community
We're a family of city dwellers turned farmers who organically grow fruits, vegetables and mushrooms.
The wife, Jennifer Adams (https://www.facebook.com/daenerysmom) is a long-time Virtual Assistant which means she can work from anywhere (visit her blog: https://momtraneur.com/about/). She is the Co-Owner, CFO, and Chief Marketing Officer of Tuscany Highlands and is the one who handles most of our social media and other online activities.
The husband, Engr. Hanz Villanueva (https://www.facebook.com/kale.pop.328) is a little resort owner/manager in Oslob (see https://www.facebook.com/Oslob.New.Village.Lodge). He is also the Owner and CEO of Tuscany Highlands and is the head of production, logistics, research, training, and development.

We started setting up our farm on Sept. 6, 2017, in our 8-hectare farmland in Claveria, Misamis Oriental. All the way from Oslob, Cebu, and Alabang, Muntinlupa, we came to Northern Mindanao to make use of our ancestral land to promote good health through planting healthy produce and to advocate good business to help the livelihood of our local farmers.
Right now, we have a growing house that can fit 10,000 oyster mushroom fruiting bags (grey, white, pink, yellow oyster mushrooms, sh*take, milky, ganoderma, etc).
We have dragon fruit, mulberry, rambutan, lemon seedlings that are now planted and growing.
We have pomelo trees that bear fruits all year round.
We have coffee trees that we harvest every February.
We’ve planted ginger, lettuce, chili peppers, eggplant, okra, kale, arugula, celery, cilantro, rosemary, basil, and other vegetables and we have plans of building our own farm cafe that offers our very own farm products in the future.

UPDATE:
Starting in 2019, our focus has been growing oyster mushrooms. Other vegetables took a backseat as we established our mushroom food processing business in Cagayan de Oro City. In January 2020, we have also expanded our mushroom farming in Oslob, Cebu. In May 2020, we have started setting up a partner farm in Cagayan de Oro City.
