🎓 EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT

- High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate
- Vocational Certificate in Food Processing, Industrial Technology, or any related technical course is an advantage
- Open to entry-level applicants; no experience required, willing to undergo training

📋 WORK EXPERIENCE

- Entry Level: Fresh graduates or first-time job seekers are welcome
- Experienced: At least 3–6 months of work experience in blast freezing operations, cold storage, or food production environment (preferably in poultry/meat processing plant) is preferred

🛠️ TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & BASIC REQUIREMENTS

- Basic understanding of proper handling, storage, and preservation of frozen poultry products
- Familiar with temperature monitoring, recording, and maintaining required freezing conditions
- Knowledgeable in following standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and sanitation rules
- Can perform basic equipment checks and report any damage or malfunction immediately
- Basic knowledge in proper stacking, arrangement, and segregation of products to ensure quality and safety

💡 PERSONAL COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

- Physically fit and healthy; able to work in cold environment (-18°C to -40°C) for extended working hours
- Capable of performing manual work such as lifting, carrying, and moving products weighing up to 20–25 kilograms
- Able to follow instructions and work guidelines accurately and consistently
- Keen attention to details to ensure correct product labeling, quantity, and quality compliance
- Hardworking, punctual, and reliable in performing assigned tasks
- Team player; can work well with co-workers and coordinate properly with supervisors
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends depending on production requirements

📌 OTHER REQUIREMENTS

- Willing to be assigned and work on-site at the processing plant
