👨‍🍳 OJT Final Days & Main Course Challenge! 🍽️

As our OJT students come closer to the end of their training, they had the chance to put everything they learned into practice.

For their final activity, each student prepared their own main course and competed with their fellow OJTs. From preparation and cooking to plating and presentation, they showed the skills they developed throughout their training.

The activity was headed by Chef Jandave, who shared his knowledge, experience, and expertise in the culinary field with our OJT students. His guidance and feedback helped the students understand not only the techniques behind each dish, but also the importance of discipline, consistency, creativity, and passion in the kitchen.

It was great to see their effort, creativity, and confidence come through in every dish. More than just a competition, this was a chance for them to challenge themselves and show how much they have grown throughout their OJT.

Congratulations to all our OJT students! 👏❤️
