UPDATE ON YOUR BOXES — SORRY FOR THE DELAY

Hi everyone! I sincerely apologize for the delay with your boxes. 🙏🏻❤️

I wanted to be completely honest and transparent with everyone, so I’m sharing my conversation with the shipping agent regarding the shipment.

According to the latest update, the arrival schedule was changed by the shipping line. The box was initially given a tentative arrival of September 4, but the latest update is now showing a different schedule.

📍 The shipment is currently already in India and is on its way to Singapore, before proceeding to Manila. The latest tentative arrival in Manila for Box 3509 is September 23.

I understand that many of you are waiting for your items, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this delay may cause. 😔

Please know that this is not something I am intentionally delaying. I am also constantly following up with the shipping agent and will continue to update everyone as soon as I receive new information.
I’m posting the actual conversation because I want to be transparent with my customers rather than just giving you a date without explaining what happened.

Dear Valued Customers,

Transparency is very important to us. We would like to inform everyone that our current sea shipment has been affected by an unforeseen incident involving the cargo vessel carrying our shipment.

For your reference, we have attached the official advisory from the shipping line regarding the incident.
At present, the vessel has been safely brought to Khor Fakkan, UAE, where authorities are conducting inspections. There is no official confirmation that the cargo has been damaged. However, these inspections and safety procedures may cause delays in the arrival of your orders.

We sincerely apologize for this unexpected situation, which is beyond the control of CCJ Pasabuy. Please know that we are closely coordinating with our cargo partner and will continue to provide updates as soon as official information becomes available.
