There's garlic, there's magarlic, but there's only one Masmagarlic Longganisa.

Here's another cooking tip:
1. Add some water to the sausages in a pan and wait to evaporate.
2. Add a little oil and fry until dark brown.
3. Add some chopped garlic and mix until garlic sticks to the sausages.

Best served with garlic rice, scrambled eggs and your favorite spiced vinegar.

Real corned beef should look like beef. Not ground but shredded. With natural juices that come out while you cook it. Sauté with lots of onions and garlic. Serve with some garlic rice and scrambled eggs.

Here's a little bacon tip for y'all:

1. Cut the bacon strips in half while inside the plastic packaging.
2. Submerge the bacon in some cold water to reduce shrinkage and curling.
3. Deep fry until golden.
