Dinakdakan

Is an Ilocano delicacy traditionally made with grilled pork face, and made rich and creamy by adding pork brains. Perfect as a main with steamed rice for lunch or dinner or as "pulutan" (booze food).

Solo - 180 pesos
Small - 480 pesos 3 to 4 pax
Medium - 960 pesos 5 to 8 pax
Large - 1,440 pesos 9 to 12 pax
Xl - 1920 pesos 13 to 18pax

Insarabasab ( limited orders )

is an Ilocano dish where pork's meat is roasted over to an open fire. Insarabasab is an Ilocano term meaning, " something burned from an open fire". Simply said in laymen and culinary term as, "meat roasted directly from an open fire". The meat is cut into thin slices, spiced with salt and pepper, calamansi and vinegar, and then mixed with slices of onions and fresh tomatoes.

Medium - 1140 pesos 5 to 8 pa
Large - 1,700 pesos 9 to 12 pax
Xl - 2,250 pesos 13 to 18 pax
