A bar person for more than 30 years now, he grew in the ranks from Bar Boy to Baverage Manager of a Five-Star Hotel, eventually trying the free standing bars as General Manager of Strumm's Entertainment Group. He then set-up his consultancy company specializing in Bar, Liquor and Operations that gave way to many pioneering work in the industry. Because of the demand in bar service specialist whic

h were non-existent those days, he set up Doods Dayto Bartending Services which then strated the trend of Bar only catering services which is now copied by many in the country. Doods also worked as Director for Operations, Dish Rockwell and ABS-CBN, Director for OPerations of LJC Restaurant Group, Consultant to Dods Palmas Island Resort and Spa, Consultant for CWC in Cam Sur, and presently the Manager and Resident Mixologist of Red Roof Grill in Mandaluyong.
