From Sydney to South Metro Manila β This Is Graveyard Kitchen π
Fueling Teams. Celebrating Success. π
Okay so here's my story β started out in the Philippine call center world, five years in, doing Team Lead, QA, and Training stuff. Basically lived the graveyard shift life.
Then I packed up and moved to Sydney for my MBA. While I was there, I ended up working as a Restaurant Manager at Five Guys Sydney for 3 years β total different world, but I loved it.
Life n Australia came to an end, so I came home to the Philippines, not to go back to the old BPO grind, but to actually build something of my own.
That's basically how Graveyard Kitchen came to life β comfort food catering from someone who's been on both sides: the night shift struggle AND the restaurant floor hustle.
So I came back to the Philippines β not to slow down, but to build. Today, I work full-time in BPO (WFH), graveyard shift life still very much part of who I am. And on weekends, I put on a different hat: founder of Graveyard Kitchen, a comfort-food catering business made for call center teams across South Metro Manila β ParaΓ±aque, Las PiΓ±as, Muntinlupa, Alabang, and Taguig.
This page is where it all comes together: honest food reviews π½οΈ, home cooking you can actually recreate π³, kitchenware finds worth shopping π, and weekend catering for teams who deserve a good meal after a long shift π±.
Built by a night shift worker, for night shift workers. π
