Kkakdugi/ Radish Kimchi Fried Rice by Mama Lee!! Easy and so Yummy! Cases are up again, so be extra cautious everyone! And load up on good bacteria with Mama Lee's Kimchi๐Ÿ’– This recipe is also very timely! bring out those left over stuff in the ref from the holidays๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

๐Ÿฅข Stir fry a ยนcup of chopped Mama Lee's radish kimchi (Aged in your ref at least 2 weeks) Add ยฒ1/2 cup of chopped meat (preferably pork or beef) we are using left over Galbi. After a minute of frying on high heat, add ยณ One tablespoon of Gochujang and โดOne cup of left over rice. Mix thoroughly. Mix in โตCrushed toasted seaweed. Finish with โถOne tablespoon of sesame oil. On separate pan, fry an โทegg. Plate and enjoy!!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

There's a huge difference between freshly made kimchi that's delivered to you daily and buying imported kimchi in supermarkets. Many of the imported kimchi are sour because it ages in transport. Sour, aged kimchi is ideal for cooking, not for appetizer or side dish. When you get mama Lee's kimchi, save half in a separate Tupperware and age it in the ref for a month. This way you get to enjoy new, fresh kimchi and later be able to whip up delicious kimchi jjige or pancake in your own kitchen! For recipes checks out Grace Lee TV on youtube๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made with fermented vegetables. It has a complex mix of flavors - spicy, sour, salty, sweet - and Pinoys have grown to love it! It is great as a condiment, and pairs well with fried chicken or anything fried. It is even delicious with noodles, and a K- BBQ isn't complete without it! And let's not forget how we love mixing it with fried rice too mmmm ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

And today, I have here three kinds of Kimchi from : Cabbage, Radish, and Cucumber Kimchi. And I can say these are the best I've tried! Quality is great, flavor is perfect, and tastes fresh!! The Cucumber Kimchi is my personal fave - it is refreshing and has that nice crunch to it! It is a MUST-TRY ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ˜‹

We paired it with Korean fried chicken, Tteokbokki cheese, and Kimbap โคโค
