Why did you block my main account, Ms. Kate Castillo? I paid you ₱4,300 for the project, yet the drawings and design plans you sent were incomplete and of very poor quality. When I asked for revisions, you refused and chose to block me instead. How is that professional?
Is this really how you prepare a schedule of doors and windows? The architectural and structural plans are incomplete, with no beam details. The sanitary plan is also lacking essential components such as the catch basin, grease trap, and isometric drawings.
Your explanation that “a trainee prepared it because you have many ongoing projects” is not an acceptable excuse. Clients pay for proper and professional work regardless of who prepares the drawings.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I sincerely hope you do not treat other clients the same way or cause someone else to go through a similar situation in the future. This is a waste of money.
