Dahil di sumasagot sa text and call ang customer namin, kuya asked me kung pwede na lang bang iwanan sa guard ang items. I said, "pwede naman po ako na lang muna ang magbabayad ng sf, send ko po sa Gcash nyo". Unfortunately di pala nag g Gcash si kuya. Even yung guard na kausap nya wala din. He said, "ok lang po ma'am, 68 pesos lang naman yung sf, God bless na lang po". Pero di ako pumayag. I said, paantay kuya, isang tawag and message na lang sa customer baka sakaling sumagot na. Finally, nagreply din si customer after 3 text messages. Di raw masagot ang tawag kasi low bat na😢
Gentle reminder lang po to our dear customers, let us please all be responsible na abangan ang text or call ng rider. Once nagmessage na po kami ng "booked" or "rider is en route" paki-abangan nyo na po sila. Especially po doon sa mga short distances lang. Minsan wala pang 10mins nasa drop-off na sila. In case wala pong na- share na link/ tracker sa number nyo, do message us and we will monitor the rider for you. Huwag naman po natin silang papag-antayin ng matagal. If you value your time their waiting time is important too.
It is very rare to find an honest, kind and very considerate rider like Kuya Archie. Our customer is very lucky. Thank you din po at di na kayo humingi ng sukli sa 100.00😊
