IT STARTED WITH A GLASS OF W**E.
Barrels & Beyond PH was never born from some grand business plan.
It started much more simply: drinking w**e was a hobby.
A hobby became curiosity. Curiosity became passion. And somewhere along the way, that passion became a little project called Barrels & Beyond PH.
We started in September 2022 with w**e at the heart of it and a genuine excitement for discovering bottles worth sharing.
Before we had even completed our first year, the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 came to Manila—and Josh Hart of the New York Knicks became one of our major customers.
It was one of those moments that made us stop and think: Look how far this little passion project has already gone.
Since then, we have had the privilege of serving people from very different worlds—from celebrated international performers and professional athletes to business leaders, chefs, collectors, hotels, restaurants, and private clients.
Four years later, Barrels & Beyond PH has grown far beyond w**e.
What began as a hobby, then a passion project, has become a business encompassing fine w**es and spirits, specialty ingredients, gourmet food, meats and seafood, pastry and gelato essentials, glassware, tools—and often the unusual things our clients challenge us to find.
But the part we love most has not changed.
We still get excited about discovering something exceptional and sharing it with someone who will appreciate it.
Perhaps that is why “Curated for exceptional taste.” means more to us than a tagline. It is how all of this started.
Today, on our fourth anniversary, we are grateful to every person who trusted a little passion project enough to help turn it into what Barrels & Beyond PH is today.
Four years. And we’re still curious about what we’ll discover next.
