Some dishes start as research. Chicken thighs braised in a golden curry broth, ladled over egg noodles, finished with spring onion. Northern Thai in origin. Currently in testing.

Thai dishes are in development for the Lizzie’s Kitchen menu — this is the first one on trial. 🇹🇭

If it earns its place, you’ll see it on a Sunday table soon.

August is off the calendar.

The recent typhoons made the decision for us — safety and service quality matter more than keeping the calendar full. So we are closing reservations for the rest of the month.

We are treating the pause as kitchen time, not downtime. September brings a new menu, and it needs to be developed, tested, and repeated until it is ready for the table. That work starts now.

Details on the new menu and September dates to follow.
