First time encountering a customer that does not know how to order properly then blame us for having a worst customer service.

Most of our legit customers know that we are respectful when taking orders.

For context: She ordered 8 pcs of donuts with flavors: 3 biscoff and 5 Glazed. We always make sure to send the picture of the order before booking for a rider, so that we will have a chance to correct a wrong order.

As you can see in the screenshots, we are doing our best for the customer to tell us what is wrong with the order we made so that we can correct it. However it seems like she does not want to cooperate.

We even accept to cancel her order even though the order was already made and even though we can not sell it anymore.

We also apologize even if we don't know if it is our fault.

Yet, she still gave us a negative feedback.

We are human too and we commit mistakes but how can we solve the problem if the customer won't give us a chance to correct it?

For other small businesses, I hope this kind of customer won't reach you.
