This homemade baked chicken pastel, just like Grandma used to make, is rich and creamy, with large chunks of chicken, lots of veggies, and a golden, flaky crust. The flaky and buttery pie crust combine so well with the creamy and rich fillings. It feels like a warm hug in every bite.
