Established in June 2017, Roke Ramen emerged as a distinguished Ramen Bar in Pasig, serving as an extension of our cherished family-owned catering business, Hydz Catering. Our signature offerings, including Tonkotsu, Black Garlic Shoyu, and Spicy Miso, became the stars of our menu. Complementing these delectable ramen bow

ls were Gyoza and a variety of Donburi, creating a symphony of flavors that delighted our customers. In 2019, we transitioned from the food counter to focus on selling heat-and-serve Ramen kits and easy-to-cook Gyoza. This shift maintains our commitment to delivering authentic Japanese flavors with convenience. TRIVIA: "Roke" is a playful twist on our family's last name - ROQUE. Additionally, it is a shortened form of "roke-shon," a borrowed Japanese term from the English word "location." This gives Roke Ramen the meaning of "a place for Ramen," embodying our commitment to being a destination for exceptional ramen experiences.
