Century Pacific Group, Inc. Strengthens Its Academic Partnership With MSU‑IIT Through Scholar Recognition and Internship MOA Signing
Century Pacific Group, Inc., continues to invest in developing the next generation of Filipino professionals as it expands its collaborative efforts with Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology. On February 24, 2026, the CPFI Academic Partnership Team, together with the AVP for Employee Experience and Plant Operations, the HR Manager of General Tuna Corporation, and the HR and General Affairs Manager of Coco Harvest, Inc.—visited the university for a series of milestone activities that further deepen the relationship between CPGI and the institution.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by University Chancellor Prof. Alizedney M. Ditucalan, JD, LLM, along with representatives from the Office of Admissions, Scholarships and Grants, the College of Engineering, and the Career Services Center. Their participation highlighted the strong alignment between MSU‑IIT and CPGI in shaping opportunities for student growth, capability-building, and real-world industry exposure.
The ceremony served as an affirmation of CPGI’s dedication to empowering deserving students and supporting them in their academic and professional journeys. The visit also marked the signing of an Internship Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between CPGI and MSU‑IIT. This agreement strengthens industry‑aligned training opportunities for MSU‑IIT students, creating a more seamless bridge between academic learning and real-world application across various CPGI companies.
By formalizing these pathways, both institutions ensure that students gain meaningful exposure, enhance their technical and professional competencies, and build confidence as they prepare for their future careers.
The collaboration between MSU‑IIT and CPGI is rooted in a shared vision: to develop future-ready graduates, expand access to opportunities, and empower communities through inclusive and industry-supported programs. With aligned goals and a commitment to sustained collaboration, the partnership continues to grow in impact and reach.
With continued cooperation and a strong shared vision, CPGI looks forward to nurturing more scholars, strengthening internship pathways, and supporting long-term career development initiatives alongside MSU‑IIT. Together, both institutions remain dedicated to uplifting students and fostering the next generation of leaders who will drive progress in Mindanao and beyond.
