Century Pacific Group, Inc. Strengthens Its Academic Partnership With MSU‑IIT Through Scholar Recognition and Internship MOA Signing

Century Pacific Group, Inc., continues to invest in developing the next generation of Filipino professionals as it expands its collaborative efforts with Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology. On February 24, 2026, the CPFI Academic Partnership Team, together with the AVP for Employee Experience and Plant Operations, the HR Manager of General Tuna Corporation, and the HR and General Affairs Manager of Coco Harvest, Inc.—visited the university for a series of milestone activities that further deepen the relationship between CPGI and the institution.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by University Chancellor Prof. Alizedney M. Ditucalan, JD, LLM, along with representatives from the Office of Admissions, Scholarships and Grants, the College of Engineering, and the Career Services Center. Their participation highlighted the strong alignment between MSU‑IIT and CPGI in shaping opportunities for student growth, capability-building, and real-world industry exposure.

The ceremony served as an affirmation of CPGI’s dedication to empowering deserving students and supporting them in their academic and professional journeys. The visit also marked the signing of an Internship Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between CPGI and MSU‑IIT. Century Pacific Food, Inc., continues to deepen its commitment to developing future-ready Filipino talent through its growing partnership with Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan. On February 23, 2026, the CPFI Academic Partnership Team visited the university to initiate the scholarship agreement signing, meet CPFI scholars, and engage with key leaders from XU’s administration.

During the visit, the team was warmly welcomed by University President Fr. Mars P. Tan, SJ, Vice President for Higher Education, Dr. Juliet Q. Dalagan, and representatives from the Scholarships and Grants Office including Director Tyron Keith Maru V. Sabal, Scholarship Officer Ms. Glennky Maceda, and Administrative Assistant Ms. Eunice Empleo. The discussions with these leaders reinforced the shared mission of empowering students and expanding development pathways within the region.

Our team visited MSU‑IIT to deepen our academic collaboration and continue supporting the next generation of leaders. We were honored to meet our three new scholars and award their certificates — a proud moment that reflects our shared commitment to developing talent and empowering communities.

We also had the opportunity to meet with the MSU‑IIT University Chancellor, Career Services Team, Office of Admissions and Scholarship Administration, and College of Engineering to explore new initiatives and strengthen programs that open more doors for students and future professionals.
