That’s right, he is actually trained in SAVORY.

Not only does he come from a long line of talented kapampangan home cooks & restaurateurs, he has always been a natural in the kitchen. His passion for it took him a few steps further as he enrolled and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America New York.

Armed with his extensive Filipino cooking background and CIA culinary degree, Charles sharpened his skills and deepened his knowledge by working in not just 1, but 2 Michelin star restaurants while living in NYC ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Charles is the type of Chef that lets his food do the talking, and though his introduction to you may have been through the premium delicious desserts we all love and know, imagine what his food is like?!
