The name "Assorted" has a deeper meaning than you might think!

Originally, our signature dish was a unique combination of various "lamang loob ng manok," which included "bato bato," and "butche" atbp. But, mainly with "bituka ng manok". Thus, the name Assorted which means different kinds of chicken innards. It is prepared in a way that delighted the locals of Pineda with its one-of-a-kind flavor.

Over time, "Assorted" became synonymous with this delicious dish, the name stuck and became famous!

So, the next time you taste Assorted, remember the rich history behind the name and the legacy of unique taste we continue to uphold.
