There are typical charcuterie boards. And then there's THIS ⬇️
Abba Grill and Deli serves 2 kinds of Mediterranean mezze-style grazing platters. The one below is the bolder INDO-MEDITERRANEAN platter MEZZALA that totally does away with cold cuts and deli cheese. (The other one, not pictured here, is MEZZA that still has Italian and Spanish cold cuts and cheese, still part of Mediterranean cuisine.)
MEZZALA is a delectably abundant platter with samosa (with spicy tamarind dip), cocktail chicken kebabs (with garlic sauce resembling Lebanese toum), hummus and crudités, and for cheese, Greek feta and Indian paneer marinated in olive oil, spices, and herbs.
It's a healthier, less-salt, yet more flavorful alternative to traditional charcuterie platters. It's divine with wine, too!
