3️⃣ Versatile Accompaniments: Chicken Makhani pairs beautifully with a variety of sides like naan, rice, or roti. The sauce is so flavorful that even the leftovers can be enjoyed with bread or vegetables, making it a flexible dish for different meals.

Biryani comes from the Persian word birinj,
which translates to fried rice.
Biryani and pulao are not the same.
Biryani is more challenging to cook than pulao.
Biryani was among the top-ordered dishes during the pandemic in India.

Biryani contains more gravy (or yakhni), and is often cooked longer, leaving the meat (and vegetables, if present) more tender, and the rice more flavoured.

Biryani is also cooked with additional dressings and often would have a light layer of scorched rice at the bottom.
