Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or berry flavored)
Toppings of your choice (granola, sliced almonds, chia seeds, additional berries)
Instructions:
1.In a blender, combine the mixed berries, frozen banana slices, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and protein powder.
2.Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if necessary to reach your desired consistency.
3.Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
4.Top with your favorite toppings such as granola, sliced almonds, chia seeds, and additional berries.
Enjoy immediately as a delicious and energizing pre-workout meal!
