Ang laman ng 4-5 inches ay juicy, tender, at sweet. Ang mga lumang higanteng crayfish naman, dahil matagal nang nagwo-workout sa bottom ng pond, medyo gummy na ang texture. Pag kagat mo, baka mag-rebound sa ngipin mo sa sobrang kunat naku nka pustiso ka pa naman😂😂
