We at Yan-Choy-Bat Food House are deeply shocked and saddened by the recent incident involving one of our staff members who was reported for catcalling. The moment we were made aware of the situation, we immediately took action by cooperating fully with the authorities and terminating the employee involved.

We want to make it clear that we do not condone any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior. Such actions go against the values and standards that our restaurant upholds.

We sincerely apologize to those affected by this incident and to our community for the distress it has caused. We are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again, including reinforcing our code of conduct.
