Had brought my team to Take Off Summit 2026 by Laurus Enterprises (Philippines) at Winford Hotel and Casino in Manila, Philippines. It is a 2-day program for leaders and entrepreneurs who aspire to make your vision into traction.
In 2026, one of the ways that I could deliver my vision into traction is to leverage on the development of my people, first! As a person who grew my work experience in Yum! Brands Culture, I inhabit the culture of People First and Become Your Best mindset. It gives me a direction in my own company in investing in your people development.
And so this is the beginning. My team are pool of fresh off-the-boat individuals. They are like a sponge, of what you fill them they will become of it.
Hence, as their leader, leading and guiding them into the right framework of mindset that will align to the Vision of G&B that make the Traction into completion.

I am blessed, that my work experience in Yum! Brands made my business acumen and People Development well rounded, and I would carry it whereever I go!

On the otherhand, we are glad to meet personally, as one of the speakers, the Negosyo Guru herself Ms. Myrna Natividad or she is well known as Mommy Negosyo! Bought her books that inspires many entrepreneurs and helps women and men go from fear, confusion, and self-doubt to self-confidence and fulfillment by discovering, starting, and growing the best businesses for them in less than a year.
To sum it up, this 2-day program was SUPERB in learning, alignment, elevation for all entrepreneurs and leaders out there!
The speakers and topics were fantastic that could get your innermost energizedto deliver your vision.
