LOVE
The most abundant ingredient a cook must have to make a customer fall in love with their work.
After all, how can you spread love if you cannot dedicate it to what you do for a living?
Having been a dedicated baker since 14, I’ve learned that what I am doing isn't just about the act of baking. As I progressed, it wasn't just "baking-for-granted," it was "falling-for-baking." Each time I bake, I pour immense love into the process.
To anyone doing what they choose in life: success should be driven not only by the materials you use but by the greatest feeling of all,
LOVE.
This month, as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, we remember how He conveyed love through everything He did.
Acts that may be invisible to the eye but are palpable through His presence.
In this season of giving, let us show love to our families and also, LOVE ONES by giving gifts or even food that best fits the theme of the month.
Just as the saying goes, “Love is sweet”.
Which also reminds me of my all time favourite cake, "Yema Cake". Sweet, because the baker bakes it with “Love”.
