BIG and Easy Lemonade was founded 2016 in Puerto Princesa Palawan with the mission of serving fresh quality lemonade at an affordable price. Its first location was opened October 1st, 2016 in Robinsons Place Palawan, and after only one year, BIG and Easy Lemonade has served over 100,000 cups
of its original “THE BIG EASY” favorite. BIG and Easy Lemonade opened its second location September 15th in the brand-new SM City Puerto Princesa. In October of 2017 four additional flavors were introduced to its lemonade menu. Mardi Gras Mango, Blackberry Zephyr, Strawberry Carnival, and Royal Street Raspberry, were introduced in a New Orleans Mardi Gras theme launch party and were received with great reviews. All fruit used in BIG and Easy Lemonade is 100% natural, including the mango, blackberry, strawberry, and raspberry. High fructose corn syrup is NOT used in our lemonade recipes. We position our lemonade as a healthier option for our customers over soda or highly sugar additive beverage options. Big and Easy Lemonade currently employs 12 members of the Puerto Princesa community. In its first year, BIG and Easy Lemonade grossed P5.3 Million making it one of the hottest new startups in the Philippines. BIG and Easy Lemonade takes pride in its community promotions and marketing strategy. Since opening for business, the company has launched several promotions to say, “thank you” to its valuable customers. Promotions offered in 2016 were “Daycation to Cowrie Island” where customers were awarded an entry ticket for every lemonade purchased. The “Daycation” winner along with 10 friends of his choice were treated to an all-expense paid all day trip to Cowrie Island in Honda Bay. BIG and Easy also launched its annual “Lemonface” contest. In this promotion, parents entered their toddler in a competition to bite into a raw lemon and the reaction of their child was captured in photos and video. The video reaction was then uploaded to Facebook and on the BIG and Easy video monitor, and the child with the most “likes” won a grand prize of P5,000 which was awarded to the parents just before Christmas 2016. The winner was awarded the grand prize in an event held in the main event area in Robinsons Place Palawan and featured gifts for all the entries, live music, dancers, and a guest appearance from Sponge Bob Squarepants! No purchase was required to participate in the “Lemonface” promotion. In 2016, BIG and Easy also sponsored a free Valentine’s Day photo booth, Halloween candy giveaway, and sponsored several JCI community service projects in and around the Puerto Princesa community. In 2017, the BIG and Easy promotions have not slowed down! Currently BIG and Easy Lemonade is giving away TWO 2017 Kymco Visar 110 Motorcycles with a Spyder Helmet at both Robinsons Place Palawan and SM City Puerto Princesa. Just like our “Daycation” promo, every time you purchase a BIG and Easy Lemonade, you get an entry ticket to win a brand-new motorcycle! 2017 has also included a free Mardi Gras themed photo booth and the annual Halloween candy giveaway for the kids! As our company looks towards 2018, BIG and Easy Lemonade will see the growth of company owned kiosks within and outside of the Puerto Princesa area with expansion out of Palawan as well. BIG and Easy Lemonade will also open its business model to qualified franchisees who are ambitious and eager to own a beverage service kiosk that does not conform to current kiosk models found in the Philippines.
