Good Morning everyone🌅! Would want to happily express and announce the official 💥PRE-ORDER FORM💥 of my small business entitled “Balls of Fortune” with selling delicious graham ball desserts 😋that contain a ✨PLAIN✨and ✨UBE WITH CREAM CHEESE✨ flavors. We even have a mixed flavour order in store if you’re interested with that 🥰!

Many of you may be wondering 🤔💭about what this system is about. Let me brief you. We go with a batch system wherein we collect people's orders through this google form and deliver it on a certain day with your preferred time. You basically need to fill up your information and order of choice from our menu. Pictures and prices are included in the forms! 🌈

Please assure that the information you will input is what we will be contacting you 📲with during the process of confirming and generally communicating for you orders. Whether this would mainly be
1.) Your phone number or
2.) Your Facebook messenger name (since these are the easiest source of faster communication).

🤞I did my best as well to input a tagalog translation for a more broad understanding for everyone who may be confused. Forms may be new and confusing to people who aren’t familiar.
