Dely is our late Grandmother, a Taalena that is known for being a good cook at a small town from Taal, Batangas. Her recipes such as: Embutido, Bagoong Alamang, Lomi, Pancit Taal are passed down to us; and now, we're serving it to you - Authentic Batangueno home cooked dishes made by proud Taalenas.
