Job Title: Sales Consultant for Casa Lontoc

Casa Lontoc is a growing brand of rubs and sauces, with sinamak and distilled white vinegar as its flagship products. Since our official launch in April 2016, we have expanded from a backyard hobby to a thriving business with a presence in bazaars, supermarkets, and international markets. We take pride in our Filipino flavors and artisanal approach to food. As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced sales consultants to join our team and help us expand our reach in the Cavite region.
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced sales consultants with strong sales and merchandising skills to help us identify and onboard new sales outlets, including supermarkets, groceries, retailers, wholesalers, pasalubong shops, and resellers. This role will be on a consultancy basis for the first six months, with the potential for regularization based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential sales outlets to secure product placement and distribution opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various sales channels.
• Present Casa Lontoc’s product range and negotiate contracts, shelf space, and promotional opportunities.
• Ensure proper merchandising and stock management at partner outlets.
• Actively promote the brand through product demonstrations, in-store sampling, and local events.
• Report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer preferences.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food products.
• Proven track record of successful sales in various channels (supermarkets, retailers, wholesalers, etc.).
• Strong merchandising skills with experience in optimizing product placement and visibility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Cavite retail landscape is a plus.
• Passion for food and Filipino flavors is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits (Consultancy Basis for First 6 Months):
• Monthly compensation of ₱20,000 to ₱30,000.
• Transportation allowance of ₱500 per week.
• Cash incentives for exceeding sales quotas.
• Closing bonuses for securing new customers based on their size.
• Potential for regularization upon hitting sales targets within six months.
