Last Piece Last Piece is a local business that serves handcrafted baked goods. "The LAST PIECE". Our business is freshly established from this year, 2020.

A staple culture of every Filipino on eating etiquette when it comes to the last piece. There's a bit of shyness, a tempting looks and a multiple pointing to which person gets that Last Piece. So we thought that everybody experienced the situation and we all have different stories about it. It all started from our cravings from sweets to all the comfort foods we expect to get with no hassle but due to the pandemic, we were not able to go outside instead of ordering our needs online. Cookies have been a comfort food since then so we decided to create our version and had an idea to share it with everybody. After a various of trials and errors, we finally came up with our perfect cookie recipe!

What an experience!

Working 16-hour days—prepping, baking, marketing, accounting, and selling. Every piece of it was worth it.

There’s something incredibly fulfilling about sharing what you’ve created and what you love with others. It’s a feeling I’ll never get tired of.

Thank you to everyone who tried my baked goods, supported me, encouraged me, and helped along the way. I truly appreciate each and every one of you. 🙏🏽
