We experienced every rental ownerâs nightmareâna-scam kami at na-rent-sangla si Silly. This happened back in 2024.
If youâre a car rental owner like us and youâre still thinking twice about getting an AirTag or GPS tracker, please donât. Huwag na huwag kayong magpaparent ng sasakyan nang walang GPS.
To cut the story short, na-recover naman namin si Silly, thankfully. đ But the whole experience was very traumatizing. The stress, uncertainty, at kaba habang hinahanap siya⌠ayaw na naming maranasan ulit.
That incident taught us a very important lesson. Since then, weâve become extra careful when screening renters. Mas mahigpit na kami sa verification process, and having a GPS tracker is non-negotiable.
