On July 2, 2024, the Standards and Testing Division - ITDI and Ecospec Noveltech Philippines Corp. officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at Standards and Testing Division - ITDI's Conference Room.
Ecospec Noveltech has requested for Standards and Testing Division - ITDI Chemistry Laboratory's expertise to test the chemical properties of the water from our innovative treatment device (E2O). Over the next several weeks, they will be analyzing parameters like Oxidation-Reduction Potential to ensure the E2O water meets the 2017 Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water.

Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) inked between the Standards and Testing Division - ITDI and Ecospec Noveltech Philippines Corp.
The Standards and Testing Division - ITDI inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Ecospec Noveltech Philippines Corp. on 02 July 2024 at the Division's Conference Room, 01:30-02:00 PM PhST.
The Ecospec Noveltech Philippines Corp. requested technical assistance from the Chemistry Laboratory of the Division in the chemical testing of the product water from their patented treatment device producing potable water. Chemical parameters were identified to be tested for several weeks by the laboratory, which includes the Oxidation-Reduction Potential. The analytical testing aims to check compliance of the product water to the 2017 Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water.
The MOA Signing was led by the Institute's Director, Dr. Annabelle V. Briones, CESO III. She was accompanied by the Division's Chief Science Research Specialist Ms. Ma. Rachel V. Parcon, RCh, MSc, Quality Manager Mr. Admer Rey C. Dablio, RCh, CCPQM, and Officer-in-Charge of the Chemistry Laboratory Ms. Christy S. Daniel, RCh, EMQAL.

Aseron, Marketing & Creatives Manager; and Mr. Joseph P. de los Santos, Sales Admin. and Distribution Manager.
